Community Design Workshop
Thursday, February 17th, 7:00 p.m. at the Longwood Public Library

Dear Friends:

Speaking to his fellow colonists just before they stepped on land John Winthrop, the first Governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony said:

"We must delight in each other, make others' conditions our own, rejoice together, mourn together, labor and suffer together, always having before our eyes our community as members of the same body."

The Longwood Alliance invites you to participate in a comprehensive process to transform the way our communities are developed. We strongly feel it is the comments of the people who live in Coram, Gordon Heights, and Middle Island which should determine the type of development which occurs within our communities.

Land use plans can either create "bridges" to bring us together or "barriers" to separate us. The Alliance is committed to emphasizing both plans and processes which bring us together as a community.

Make sure your voice is heard. Become part of an historic transformation. For more information call me at: 924-1427 .

Sincerely,

Connie Kepert
President Longwood Alliance
